Most people don’t want to think about death  or what happens to their property or children.  Horton Law Offices LLC can bring you peace of mind by assisting you in crafting an estate plan. 

Our estate plan normally involves a Will or Trust, Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directive.

Assembling an estate plan is not an easy process. It requires you to answer some tough questions.  For example, who will take care of your minor children, act as your trustee, executor or handle your debts.

The first step to creating an estate plan is to answer an estate planning questionnaire.  Mark Horton will then sit down with you to discuss an estate plan that best fits your needs, wants and desires. 

Crafting an estate plan is unique to your particular situation.  Mark Horton just doesn't fill out a form.

  1. Client signs retainer form
  2. Client and Attorney go through estate planning questionnaire
  3. Attorney reviews questionnaire
  4. Attorney suggests different types of estate plans
  5. Client chooses an estate plan that best fits his/her or their needs
  6. Attorney creates estate plan
  7. Client and Attorney review estate plan and beneficiary designations
  8. Client approves of estate plan
  9. estate plan is executed

As you can see, Horton Law Offices LLC takes care of most of these steps.  All our clients have to do to start the process is fill out the questionnaire and let our office take care of the rest.
