Mark Horton has the unique experience of being a Bloomington prosecutor who has handled over 7,000 cases and was recognized as a Rising Star by his colleagues. Mark Horton also worked as an associate for a mid-sized law firm in the civil litigation department before becoming a Bloomington Prosecutor. These experiences have allowed Mark to handle a wide range of cases throughout his legal career. Mark has prosecuted criminal defendants before a jury, drafted criminal appeals, and represented clients in complex civil matters.
Mark Horton is a lawyer who can assist you with DUI or DWI, estate planning, criminal defense, and civil litigation. He has offices throughout the Minneapolis St. Paul area and can provide services throughout Minnesota.
Mark Horton received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.
Mark Horton enjoys sports, cooking and being outdoors. In the winter, you can find Mark attending area high school hockey games. Mark also holds season tickets to the University of Minnesota football team and can be found cheering for them on a Saturday afternoon.
